The hotel offers a well-serviced experience with a sense of comfort and happiness during the stay. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and provide a great view, including a bath for relaxation. However, the lack of activities in the hotel makes it feel soulless at times.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, surrounded by great dining options like La Brasserie and DeLuca. The room was really nice, although a bit stuffy at times. It was convenient being near these restaurants, but the room didn't seem to get cold enough for my liking.
The hotel had very spacious and calm rooms but was the worst designed hotel room I have ever seen. The service was wonderful and very helpful at all times with directions and arrangements. The location was within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, yet it was being used for a conference and was closed for a period. The dining experience was really excellent with a great selection of foods, but the home-made organic products were a standout. The facilities were well-kept overall.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were designed very well and spacious, although I wished for a better view and more light. However, they were very clean and big enough to accommodate all my needs. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which truly made my stay memorable.
